"We are a dance group but we incorporate guided discussions and many bonding activities," said Jaysalee Salcedo, the founder of The Silhouettes. "We were so grateful that the crowd supported our performance and dancers." / Sarah Clark On Oct. 17 students gather in the Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium to recognize dance teams, athletes, and performers as they showcased their talents in front of The College of Saint Rose community. Teams who performed in this year’s event include the ALANA Steppers, Saint Rose Athletics, Sabor Latino, Goldyn Vybz, Girls Next Door, The Silhouettes, and Spectrum. Raffles were also part of the evening, as the Student Association was giving away prizes such as Saint Rose merchandise and a flatscreen television. / Sarah Clark The Saint Rose Cheerleaders prepare to wow the crowd with their routine.
