Steve Decollines is the new comptroller and will also be overseeing the Budget and Grant Committee. Augusta O’Connell is the director of communications, which covers all performance-based and media clubs.

O’Connell will also be overseeing the Student Outreach Committee. Emily Cruz is the new director of academic activities, which covers all academic-related clubs. Cruz will also be overseeing the Diversity and Inclusion Committee with Salcedo.

This new committee was created to “address and respond to any issues relating to all aspects of diversity and inclusion on campus,” according to Cruz.

Jaden Hromada the new Director of Social Activities, which covers the Student Events Board, the Music Industry Student Association, and Spectrum. Salcedo relayed a message from John Ellis, associate vice president of Information Technology and Facilities, to talk about the Academic Technology Committee. This is a new committee where students can learn about how technology is a part of the college experience. For more information, reach out to Salcedo at [email protected].

McClellan spoke about the 100 Hours of Service campaign that the college is doing for the centennial celebration, which she will be co-chairing for, as well as alumnus and former SA president, Vito Van Dunk. Everyone on campus is welcome to join this campaign between now and May 2021 to log hours that community service is done at https://www.strose.edu/100-hours-of-service/.
